Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who will direct the overall operation of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the business aspects of the restaurant/ bar, negotiating supplier contracts, inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
- Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
- Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving problems
- Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
- Planning and taking part in promotional events.
- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.
Job Requirements
- For Vietnamese under 32
- Degree in Hospitality management/ Business development or similar certificates are preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 year experiences in the same position.
- Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
- Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Problems solving skills.
