We are looking for a professional Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for entire recruiting processes to hire the best suitable employees for company in line with requested timing.
- Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, monitoring candidates to meet the standards of for particular positions of the clients’’s company requirements
- Conducting interview at office and arrange interview with clients
- Following up after interview with clients for feedback and placing applicants
- Responsibles for company policies and procedures, legal issues, training new employees about company culture and policies for hiring
- Proper ads placement and hiring announcement, use tools and job posting on social media, Linked in, Facebook,.... any others pages to attract more qualified, potential candidates
- Updating, comments on CRM systems after interviews each candidate
- Following up on offer letter to applicants and support applicants for aboard their positions
- Daily/ weekly report to Account Manager
According to Vietnamese Labor Law
- Proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites)
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Good decision-making skills
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
