We are looking for a professional Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for entire recruiting processes to hire the best suitable employees for company in line with requested timing.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process and talent acquisition strategy aligning with company desired technical competence
- Work closely with hiring managers to find out detail requirement for particular roles
- Seek, assess and deliver highly engaged and quality candidates within the communicated time frame and costs
- Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions/postings, screening and shortlisting applicants; as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals
- Keen on expanding the new sources to get more qualified candidates
- Support boarding process for new employees.
- Employer Branding Initiatives: Plan, Conduct, and Participate in Mega Events and Job Fairs. Mass Media advertisement.
According to Vietnamese Labor Law
- BA with focus on HR management or relevant majors
- Minimum 1 years of professional experience in recruitment.
- Well versed with MS office, Recruitment Tools and Social Media
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations and understand well of labor market
- Able to communicate and coordinate well with staff
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Very self- confident, precise and well organized person
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Fluent English is a must
- Planning and Organizing Skill
- Professional Competence: HR functional expertise; Legislation knowledge
