Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk who is responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports, and other restaurant business matters.

Responsibilities: 

  • Classify, analyze documents, update daily information on reports to monitor the financial situation of the business
  •  Prepare relevant reports, analyze data and propose ideas to the chief accountant or financial management of the company.
  • Monitor the payment status of customers, set up receivables - payable
  • Track, manage export, import, inventory and make documents.
  • Using accounting software to track and manage sales, revenue, and customer relationships; Prepare documents, invoices and reports.
  • Arrange working schedule, meeting schedule, work schedule, organize meetings, take notes and summarize the content of meetings for the Director to serve the management and administration.
  • Prepare documents, collect necessary information at the request of the Director.
  • Receive, classify, arrange, process information, documents and documents from the parties and summarize and send to the Director.
  • Store related document information.
  • Report regularly and directly to the Director.

Job Requirements

  • Female under 35yo.
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration.
  • Excellent accounting skills.
  • Have a general understanding of corporate governance activities.
  • General knowledge of the hotel and restaurant industry.
  • Proficient in using MS office.
  • Fluent in English: able to translate documents; interpreting meetings with social content - casual communication
  • Ability to organize, deploy work independently and manage time well.
  • Have report writing skills; aggregate – update information.
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Professional and confident demeanor.
