Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager for our new opening contemporary French-fusion restaurant 

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant
  • Recruitment of service team
  • Training associates to the highest standard of service and assess performance
  • Implementation of sequences of service, opening and closing checklist
  • Organizing schedule, keeping track of employees hours
  • Creation of wine list and cocktail menu
  • Controlling operational cost, reduce costs, find new ways of maximizing revenue
  • Ensure that the front of house remain in good and safe condition for guests and staff
  • Responsible of stock management/inventory
  • Supervising and controlling management of linen and breakage
  • Responsible for end-of-day cash-up
  • Writing end-of-day report
  • Coordinating front and back of house operation
  • Interacting and creating relation with customers
  • Collecting feedback and handling complaint
  • Keep a positive and professional approach with customers and co-workers

Working hours: Split shift, 8hrs/ shift

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of experience as restaurant manager in similar establishment
  • Bachelor degree in hospitality
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Minimum WSET level 2 in wine
  • Ability to create an original cocktail menu
  • Good knowledges in health and safety standards
  • Computer skills (office 365, RMS, POS)
  • Good English speaking and writing
  • Flexible working time depending on business level
