Job Description

We are looking for enthusiated commis cooks for our growing team

  • Follow consistently the highest standard of quality of food as per head chef guidelines
  • Preparing and plating cold dishes
  • Ensure that the station maintain the highest standard of hygiene and food safety
  • Report any issues to the head chef or sous chef
  • Keep a positive and professional approach with co-workers

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as commis chef in similar establishment
  • Bachelor degree in culinary arts
  • Passion for cooking, eager to learn and progress
  • Ability to work with speed and accuracy
  • Basic knowledges in health and safety standards
  • Preferably basic English speaking and writing
  • Flexible working time depending on business level
