Job Description

The most exciting French restaurant is recruiting a new Head Chef. He/ She will be in charge of the kitchen, manage, organize the working time of the kitchen and make sure all the food is well prepared before finishing a working day.

  • Managing the stock and purchases.
  • Schedule and organize the workflow of the kitchen team
  • Looking for new recipes/ingredients.
  • Must be clean, organized and know the standard of Hygiene.

Job Benefits

  • Salary up to 35000000
  • Other benefits will be discussed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years working in French cuisine
  • Trained in Western standard and worked in Western kitchens before.
  • Having Experience in working in Hotel is preferred 
  • Knowledge of French and western cuisine
  • Knowledge of cost control and kitchen management. 
  • Working hours: split shift, from 9am - 2 pm and from 5pm to 9pm
  • Ensure working section always clean & tidy
  • Capable of planning.
