Job Description
We are looking to hire a customer-oriented Floor Supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly. The Supervisor's responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect Guest Areas
- Greet and Build rapport with guests
- Monitor Establishment’s Performance
- Perform Opening and Closing Procedures
- Diffuse Customer Complaints
- Delegate Basic Tasks to Staff.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of basics about wine and cocktails
- Knowledge about kitchen and bar as well.
- Bartender certificate will be a plus
- Experienced in the same position
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- English is a must
